We're excited to announce the release of Autosync, a powerful new feature that saves you time and makes sure you never miss a sync. This groundbreaking functionality ensures your team never misses important customer interactions while maintaining a comprehensive conversation history.

Key Autosync Benefits:

  • Real-time Synchronization: Messages sync automatically between WhatsApp and HubSpot without manual intervention. This happens whenever you open a contact or a new message appears in the chat.

  • Reduced Administrative Overhead: Eliminate the need to remember to sync your contacts.

Note: UNOsync will only sync messages that it sees on your screen. It does not have backend access to your messages and will not sync in the background. This keeps you in control of your privacy.

Enhanced Activity Management

Alongside Autosync, we've significantly upgraded our activity tracking capabilities to provide more meaningful conversation insights.

Smart Activity Organization:

  • Day-Based Conversation Splitting: Activities are now intelligently organized by day, making it easier to track conversation progress over time

  • Automatic Activity Updates: When a new message is added to an ongoing conversation, the existing activity is updated seamlessly
